The bylaws committee oversees the structure of this organization to make sure that RAD is in compliance with the current laws and the status of 501(c)3. The amended proposal shall be proceeding through the general meeting through zoom with 2/3 votes from the members with approval. Vice President is the chair of this committee.
PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE
The Public Relations committee shall coordinate the website and all social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and etc to make sure all information is shared with all Deaf LGBTIQA+ communities. This committee is also responsible for moderating the posts & comments. The Director of Public Relations is the chair of this committee.
The Financial committee oversees the budget to make sure that all finance is in good standing with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The committee will audit the finance report. Treasurer is the chair of this committee.

The Accessibility committee shall coordinate the background description and manage the transcript for all types of RAD's social media activities. This is also focused on improving the access for DeafBlind community.
